Christmas. I look at the crib carved
where are the pastors just arrived
the poor stable in Bethlehem.
Even the Wise Men in long robes
greet the powerful King of the world.
Peace in fiction and in the silence of
wooden figures here
of the old village and the star that shines,
and blue donkey.
Peace in Christ's heart forever;
but there is no peace in the heart of man.
Even with Christ and twenty centuries
; his brother lashes out at his brother.
